আপনি কী report করতে পারেন
GeoLira contact চারটি main area cover করে: data বা source discrepancy, service defect, accessibility feedback এবং account বা privacy matter। Useful data-quality report-এ affected view, approximate observation time, visible source_id বা provider name এবং discrepancy description থাকে। এতে report শুধু screenshot নয়, specific record পর্যন্ত trace করা যায়।
Confirm না হওয়া পর্যন্ত operator detail fail-closed
Configuration explicitly confirmed mark হওয়ার পর এবং অন্তত legal name, jurisdiction ও contact email থাকলেই interface operator profile render করে। Optional field-এর মধ্যে public name, privacy contact, postal address, registration identifier ও contact URL আছে। Confirmed profile available না হলে GeoLira placeholder operator detail বানায় না।
কী include করবেন এবং কী পাঠাবেন না
Technical report reproduce করা সহজ হয় যদি route, approximate time, browser ও device, problem trigger করা step এবং sensitive information ছাড়া screenshot থাকে। Password, login code, API token, private key বা private journal-এর full content পাঠাবেন না। Confirmed operator profile-এ dedicated privacy contact থাকলে privacy matter সেটিই ব্যবহার করবে।
