How the evidence library is structured
The Research Center combines peer-reviewed papers, measurement-agency documentation, operational sources and selected datasets. Every entry carries an evidence category, year, source or DOI, a concise summary and an interpretation boundary. The library does not replace the full publication, but it connects a GeoLira chart or concept to the material that supports its scientific meaning.
How to judge the strength and role of a source
A peer-reviewed paper answers a different question from operational documentation by NOAA, NASA, GFZ or USGS. A paper may establish mechanism and limitations, while an operational authority defines the current product, unit and reporting method. GeoLira does not assign every link the same evidential role and does not substitute a popular summary for a primary scientific or institutional source when one is available.
From research to user interpretation
First identify exactly what was measured or calculated, then check unit, time, quality and provenance. Next read the boundary of the inference: correlation is not causation, a model is not a local measurement, and an authored index is not a physical unit.
