Terms of Service

Terms of Service is a dedicated GeoLira view for this part of the observatory. It combines the route-specific interface with the same source, freshness, privacy and evidence boundaries used across the platform.

Foundation

These terms describe the technical and content boundaries of the current GeoLira BUILD_ONLY package. Final operator-specific legal terms are a deployment gate.

This is the BUILD_ONLY legal and privacy baseline. Operator identity, contact details and jurisdiction-specific production notices must be completed at deployment before production activation.

Service scope

GeoLira combines scientific observations, authored indices, community self-reports, personal private tools, spiritual or cultural interpretation and optional symbolic systems. Each layer keeps its own evidence label and limitations.

Data availability

Scientific and external-source data may be delayed, stale, incomplete or unavailable.

  • Unavailable data is shown as unavailable and is not silently converted to zero.
  • Source attribution, freshness and quality gates remain part of the scientific contract.
  • A missing provider response is not evidence that a physical phenomenon is absent.

Scientific and interpretive boundaries

GeoLira does not merge scientific measurement with spiritual, religious or symbolic interpretation.

  • Scientific observations keep their measurement or derived-analysis provenance.
  • Religious and spiritual traditions are labeled as tradition, belief or interpretation rather than measurement.
  • Astrology and numerology results are symbolic interpretations and not scientific personality measurements.

Acceptable use

Users and integrations must not abuse public submission endpoints or bypass platform security boundaries.

  • Do not automate abusive submissions, spam, harassment or attempts to poison community aggregates.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, nonce, rate-limit, source-allowlist or other security controls.
  • Do not represent symbolic, spiritual or community content as scientific or medical authority when the platform does not classify it that way.

Production operator terms

Operator identity, contact details, jurisdiction, dispute terms and any commercial terms must be completed and reviewed before final production certification.
