Application health ও provider health আলাদাভাবে report হয়
Public status API state ও provider list load করে এবং কোন upstream source recently সফল হয়েছে তা check করে। Web application available থাকতে পারে যখন একটি scientific provider fail বা delayed। তাই service health এক green বা red indicator-এ reduce করা হয় না।
প্রতিটি provider-এর নিজস্ব last success ও failure আছে
Provider card provider_id, current state, এবং থাকলে last_success_at ও last_failure_at দেখায়। Provider count ও provider_failures quick operational overview দেয়, কিন্তু specific metric-এর freshness policy replace করে না। Provider technically respond করতে পারে, যদিও একটি product Live হিসেবে ধরার জন্য এখনও খুব পুরোনো।
Technical status complete data coverage-এর guarantee নয়
Provider failure না থাকলেই প্রতিটি optional layer available বা প্রতিটি record GOOD quality এমন নয়। First-party Schumann, weather, lightning বা অন্য input তাদের নিজস্ব contract অনুযায়ী UNAVAILABLE থাকতে পারে। Service Status operation diagnose করতে সাহায্য করে, আর Data Sources ও methodology data-এর অর্থ ব্যাখ্যা করে।
