Traditions and Beliefs is a dedicated GeoLira view for this part of the observatory. It combines the route-specific interface with the same source, freshness, privacy and evidence boundaries used across the platform.
Each tradition is described through its own sources
Every tradition in the library has a stable tradition_id and references to registered sources. An interpretation cannot name an unknown tradition or an unregistered source. This does not mean GeoLira treats every traditional claim as scientifically confirmed; it means the platform can show where the described cultural context comes from.
Published locales preserve the same interpretation set
The repository requires interpretation_id parity across all published locales. Translation may change wording but must not create a different list of beliefs or different evidence boundaries. source_refs and tradition_id remain stable identifiers across locales.
Describing a belief is not endorsement, diagnosis or treatment
GeoLira can present a practice, symbol or meaning documented within a tradition, but it must retain evidence class SPIRITUAL_INTERPRETATION and a boundary_note. The policy blocks claims about curing disease, diagnosis, disease prevention, DNA activation and similar unsafe assertions. Users receive context, not medical advice.
